I'm Jesse and I'm new! Anyhow, I'm excited to join this forum and to connect with other LEGO fanatics. I'm not a major collector, but I do buy quite a bit of LEGO. My pattern is generally the following: falling in love with one theme or another, then collecting all of it, then selling it all to collect the new theme I'm in love with. Right now I am still in awe of the Scooby sets, as it brings two of my absolute favourite things together.

My name is Richard from MBLUG (Manitoba LUG). We have fallen down the same GBC hole. A couple of members have built a few modules. I am working on replicating the great ball factory fortunately there are instructions to follow although they are a little sketchy. The biggest constraint has been time to work on it as I also enjoy working on Lego trains and/or other ventures.

Hey all, new SLUG member from Regina here.

I’ve been collecting Star Wars sets and pirate ships since 2010 or so, my wife collects Potter sets.

Over the last several months I’ve been buying lots of used bricks to get myself some MOC bins developed, and I’m proud to say just about an hour ago I finished my first official MOC as an AFOL in the form of my small gift for the SLUG Christmas party!
