Landscaping Empty Landscaping

I have done large layouts but always used flat landscaping. As I grow in my desire for better scenery, I find myself lacking the pieces these beautiful creations. Oh how I wish I would have thought about these things when tan and clear plates and tiles where common in the PAB wall

I end up using a lot of yellow and blue brick to build up where I want to add landscaping, then covering it with the approriate greens, browns, tans of greys. Adds the height without losing out on the less abundant colours.
